    The potential value of AI in automotive customer service is widely agreed, so I wasn’t surprised to see that in a recent survey carried out by the Capgemini Research Institute: ·??????95% of automotive companies said it could bring reduced operating costs ·??????94% said it could improve agent productivity ·??????92% said it could bring more personal interactions Faster responses and enhanced customer satisfaction weren’t far behind in the list of expected benefits.
