I think being a country person means just loving by the values of Kanti. So there's four values. The one is trust. Trust is a two way street. So you need to be able to trust the people you work with, but also you need to be a trustworthy person. Freedom to act. So if you see any opportunities or any issues, obviously you point them out, try to fix them. So basically act out of your your own volition. You then got fashion to win. So basically someone who is passionate about seeing the company succeed. And then you've got the last one is for one another. So working together as a team, I think that's quite an important, let's say, trait to have, obviously. The the the strongest teams are the ones that succeed. So if I do put it all together, I would say be trustworthy, work as it as a team player, and essentially just tried to implement things that would help the company succeed.
